The People Alliance are currently recruiting on behalf of our major client that are embarking on an exciting expansion and want to offer individuals that want to thrive within a career. Our client is looking for self-motivated, outgoing sales advisers who are enthusiastic with a passion to make money/commission. An individual who is resilient and eager to succeed.

The key role responsibilities will include:
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and book appointments
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
About you:
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Able to work independently, self-starter, ambitious with an ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to prioritise work load
• Able to work as part of a team
• Strong face to face, verbal and written skills of negotiation
